PART ONE

I was so stoked to be able to take some photos of my beautiful sister

Sara and her hubby of 7 years, Jason.

Sara and I met in the 2nd grade and quickly became BFF's. We we're inseparable... blood sisters, pen pals, teammates, dance partners, nintendo rivals, amateur song writers and co-conspirators. But in jr. high our childhood dream of becoming family became a surprising reality when her dad married my mom!…weird huh?

We were born to be sisters :)

Spike is very timid and always nervous, but he was such a

good boy and even smiled for me a few times.

Nevaeh: "*Gasp* Mama! Look at that dog!"

Mama: "I see him. He's all by himself,

he doesn't have a leash does he"?

Nevaeh: "THAT is a safety violation!"

Mama: "Hahaha! A what?"

Nevaeh: "A safety violation...why are you laughing?"

Mama: "haha, because that's funny."

Nevaeh : "Mom. A safety violation is not funny."

My Valentine

On Saturday...

I took my valentine hiking!

It was a beautiful warm day.

Gorgeous views of the hills and Pacific.

Outdoors, sweating, exercising, talking, laughing.

Just our kind of day.

We ended up hiking a different trail than we intended,

but at the top of our 'mistake' trail

we found this...

The differences in my two girls couldn't be greater

...I love it that way

Nevaeh has been sick since thursday, poor thing. I have never seen her so sick. Charlotte now has the cough that Nevaeh has but not the sick fever stuff that makes it so bad. Nevaeh is down and out. Charlotte has not stopped or skipped a beat. Nights have been rough.

Nevaeh trotted like a pink "triceratops" across the livingroom floor tonight...a good sign that she's on the mend. Charlotte yelled, "on ya mas...ge set...GO!" a hundred times

as she flew past the pink triceratops...

it's 8:30 and I'm going to bed.

Seriously though...
